ReSDR(W): Work-Based Units

ReSDR(W) are generated through the application of human labor and time to create value. This system enables individuals without financial resources to contribute through their skills and efforts.

Key Principles:

1. Work Opportunity as the "Bank":

• The individual or entity providing the work opportunity becomes the "bank." They create the demand for labor, enabling workers to generate ReSDR.

• Example: An elderly widow who requires her roof repaired provides an opportunity for a tradesman. Without her need, the tradesman has no task to perform, emphasizing the symbiotic nature of value creation.

2. Unit Generation:

• Workers earn ReSDR(W) proportional to their time and effort. For instance, 1 hour of skilled labor might generate 10 ReSDR(W).

• The specific value depends on the agreed-upon rate within the system.

3. Raw Material Considerations:

• While raw materials are outside the scope of ReSDR generation, a separate mechanism can address the procurement of materials through pooled funds, barter systems, or ReSDR-based credit.
